01Using this website

You may use this site to learn about the hotel and start a booking. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it. Content, images and branding on the site belong to Moshono Hillside and may not be copied without permission.

02Bookings & reservations

Reservations are made through our booking partner. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation. Please check that the names, dates and details are correct as soon as you receive it, and tell us promptly if anything is wrong.

03Rates & payment

• Rates are shown at the time of booking and may change until a booking is confirmed.
• Applicable taxes and fees are shown before you confirm.
• Payment is handled securely by our booking partner; the hotel does not store your card details.

04Check-in & check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are shown at the time of booking or on request. Reception is staffed 24 hours; please let us know your arrival time so we can welcome you smoothly. Valid photo identification may be requested at check-in.

05Changes & cancellations

Changes and cancellations follow the specific rate and cancellation policy shown to you at the time of booking. Some rates are flexible and some are non-refundable - please read the policy attached to your chosen rate before you confirm. To change a booking, contact us as early as possible.

06Your stay & house rules

We ask all guests to respect the property, our team and other guests. We keep a smoke-free policy indoors, and quiet hours to protect everyone's rest. We may decline or end a stay in cases of unlawful behaviour or serious disturbance.

07Safaris, tours & programs

Safaris, tours, and volunteer or internship programs are arranged separately and may be run with trusted partners. They carry their own schedules, pricing and conditions, which we will share with you before you commit.

08Liability

We take reasonable care to keep our information accurate and our property safe, but we cannot accept responsibility beyond what the law requires - for example for personal belongings, or for events outside our control. This site may link to other websites, such as our booking partner; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here is the current one, and the date above shows when it last changed.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
